Swami Shanti Prakash School was started from Pre-Primary stage through Sindhi & English Medium with blessings of reverend Satguru Swami Shanti Prakash Maharajji in 1987. Our Satguru Swamiji had strong desire and sweet dream to open the best desirable school in Ulhasnagar for imparting Education to the students in the best possible way in congenial atmosphere where students should feel at ease and comfortable. With this view and his love for small kids and Education, the school was started in 'His Name" i.e. Swami Shanti Prakash School." Under his able leadership and guidance,
"Swami Shanti Prakash Education Board" Was formed comprising of 11 members (at present 13 members) on governing body which has been assigned the task of looking after administration and academic functioning of school. Our both Sindhi Medium and English Medium Schools were started from Ist Std. in the year 1989 and at present both schools (English & Sindhi Medium) have grown upto Std. Xth and are recognized by the government of Maharashtra.
The number of students has been increasing to a good extent that every year new class rooms are provided to accommodate more students and fresh admissions.
Friends, all of us are well aware of the fact that our Satguru Swami Shanti Prakash Maharaj found the vision of "Lord Krishna" in the small kids, poor and needy people that is why he was always helpful to down-trodden and never hesitated to help them in every possible way with his kind and generous heart. After his departure to heavenly abode, our present President Satguru Swami Dev Prakashji Maharaj has been following in his foot steps. He being the president of "Swami Shanti Prakash Education Board" has been encouraging the members of governing body of Swami Shanti Prakash School is one of the progressive school in Ulhasnagar. It is pertinent to let you know some of remarks of dignitaries who visited our school.
The Block Development Education Officer Ambernath inserted remarks in the visiting book of school.
Considering the teaching standard, discipline among the students, cleanliness, structure of building, structure of classes and science laboratory, Swami Shanti Prakash School is one of the best schools."
Shri Mohan Makhija (C.A.) and well known among the Educated Society of Ulhasnagar 421 005 was impressed after visiting the school. His remarks :-
"Dream of Satguru Swami Shanti Prakash Maharaj has been realized by Satguru Swami Dev Prakash ji, the President of our school Board with the Co-operation and untired efforts of the members of governing body" of Swami Shanti Prakash Education Board. The school is glowing like sun-rise."
The Education Officer Zilla Parishad Thane visited our school and remarked; "A few years ago, it was imression that Swami Shanti Prakash School may be a small school with ordinary building and very few facilities for the students. After seeing this school he said. "The school has grown high and I am very much impressed". He surveyed all the facilities available in the school for students and promised that he would visit the school again very soon to encourage us for up-lifting of the school.

4. Science Exhibition was held on Taluka Level in our School for the year 2001-2002 on behalf Education Department Panchayat Shikshan Samiti Ambernath, arranged, organized and sponsored by our school. In this exhibition, 8000 students 600 teachers, 80 Principals from various schools 1100 parents and 10 Executive officers of Education Department witnessed the exhibition. Our school bagged 1st prize for secondary and 2nd prize for Primary school in this Exhibition.
5. Our school students have been participating in various activities and Elocution Competitions and have been mostly winning the prizes (Please see the photo in souvenir)
6. Picnics for students are arranged every year in the month of December. This year picnics were arranged for 700 students along with teachers to Water kingdom, Essel World, Ammuresort and Shanti Sagar. (Please see the photos in this souvenir)
7. Annual sports are also arranged every year on our school play ground including cricket tournament. This year 36 sports were arranged. First, Second and third winners were given the prizes.
8. Annual Day of school is celebrated every year in the form of cultural programme either in the month of February or March. More than 250 students participate in the function from Pre-Primary to High School.
9. National Days, 15th August, 26th January and anniversaries of national leaders are celebrated in the school with great enthusiasm.
10. About 700 needy and poor students are given half free ship every year by Swami Shanti Prakash Ashram Trust with the blessings and helping hand of Satguru Swami Dev Prakash Maharaj Ji. This year Rs. 5,85,000 were given to poor and needy students in the form of free-ship. School uniform and notebooks are also given to the poor and needy students free of charge.

12. Our school pay attention to the character and ethical values of students.
13. Special Pre-Primary Classes have been started for last three years the school known as "Model Pre-Primary Classes". Every facility is provided to them and play-way method is adopted to impart the Education to the small Kids. Toys, Swings, Small Cycles, Swimming Pools, Slides, Balloons, Flowers Vases, Various ride for kids and different kinds of toys and special seating facilities are provided to these small kids. Festivals like Diwali, Holi, New Year Day are celebrated with these small sweet children in a very special from and fashion. At present, special and a new garden with lawn, flowers, small plants slides and swimming pool is under preparation which will certainly add the beauty of pre-primary in particular and school in general.
14. It is under active consideration of "Swami Shanti Prakash Education Board" to start Junior College soon for the convenience of students of Ulhasnagar - 421 005
15. There is also a move that school generously give scholarship to the toppers in our school of Sindhi and English S.S.C. Exam. for higher education.
